WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Here at Shibikku we are dedicated to helping you share your passion. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of the product and you will receive a full refund, or exchange the product for another of equal value. We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship using USPS as our default carrier. We process and ship the order same day before 6PM. Our most affordable option takes 5-7 business days, but can arrive quicker depending on location We offer faster shipping options through USPS. Any order with a pre-tax cart value of at least $39.99 receives free shipping. This value is subject to change as we release more collections.
